Baron B: Les Amuse-Bouches
Les Amuse-Bouches are small snacks that are offered as an appetizer before the main course to stimulate the guest's appetite and to provide an initial hint of the style and virtues of the Chef. It consists of only one or two bites selected by the Chef that he usually offers personally to the guests. La Nouvelle Cuisine was in charge of making les amuse-bouches stop being simple "appetizers" and start being fascinating and innovative culinary trips. I worked on this idea as well as the concept and art direction, that sought to encourage brand consumption in haute cuisine, implemented exclusively for digital content.
