Why FRAC/TION?
Hiring a full-time Senior Creative Director in Europe costs €120k+ per year, plus benefits and the friction of a long-term contract. Agencies often charge 3x that for a team of juniors managed by a senior you rarely see.
Senior-level thinking. Global brand experience. Subscription-speed execution.
Fraction gives you direct access to award-winning creative leadership for a flat monthly fee. Same impact, zero overhead, total flexibility.

What they say
"Facundo did a great job, he was fast, proactive and careful with every detail. Great communication and well understanding of briefs and tasks. He usually delivered above expectations or matched them." Gaston Guetmonovitch, CCO at Leo Burnett.
"I can say he knows what he's doing. He's really experienced, understands creative work and knows how to bring big ideas to life in the best possible way. I would recommend him to any creative team without hesitation. He is also a great person and teammate, which makes him a pleasure to work with." Charlie Lanus, Group Creative Director at Wieden + Kennedy.
"Facundo is a creative who knows his craft and is equally good with concepts. I would highly recommend him as a freelance creative for any pitch or challenging ad campaign that you might have. I've also met Facundo outside of work and he's just an overall great guy!"Â Joy Chakravorty, Creative Director at Edelman.
"Facundo worked on a few Paintgun projects where he was great. He’s responsible, takes ownership and is a terrific collaborator. His creative ideas come from experience, technical understanding and from himself, as an inspiring person. I’d highly recommend him for any creative team. He’s a great guy which also makes it fun to work with him." Elco Ian, Founder & CEO Paintgun.
How It Works
1. Subscribe & Onboard Choose the plan that fits your scale. No hiring friction or long-term contracts. We start with a 30-min kickoff call to align on your brand’s tone and immediate goals.
2. Build Your Queue Get access to your dedicated board (Trello or Notion). Add as many creative requests as you want. Whether it’s a campaign concept or a high-stakes presentation, just drop it in the queue.
3. High-Velocity Execution I work on your requests every day, one by one (or more, depending on your plan). Expect to see results or updates every 48-72 hours. We iterate via async feedback until it’s perfect.
4. Scale, Pause, or Cancel Business isn't linear. If you have a quiet month, pause your subscription. If you’re launching a global campaign, upgrade for more speed. You are in full control.

FAQ
> What counts as a request?
A request is any clearly defined creative task—from a key visual or a set of social assets to a full pitch deck. Large projects are simply broken down into smaller, daily milestones to ensure consistent progress.
> How many requests can I submit?
As many as you like. They are handled sequentially, one by one (or two at a time on the Dedicated plan), ensuring maximum focus and senior-level quality for each task.
> How fast is the delivery?
On average, you'll receive updates in 48-72 hours. For complex requests, we set clear milestones in your Notion Hub so you know exactly what is being delivered and when.
> How does the Notion Management Hub work?
Once you subscribe, you'll receive access to a private Notion space. It’s a central place to track requests, share feedback, and store all brand assets. No messy email chains, just total clarity.
> What if I only have one specific project?
No problem. You can subscribe for a single month, get your project done, and then pause or cancel. Our model is built to scale up or down based on your actual business needs.
> What’s a minor vs. major revision?
Minor tweaks (colors, typography, or layout polishing) are handled quickly. Major revisions that involve a change in creative direction are treated as a new request to keep the workflow organized.
> Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Fraction is a month-to-month service. You can pause or cancel at any time with a 30-day notice. When pausing, your Notion Hub is archived so you can resume exactly where you left off later. All work delivered remains 100% yours.
> How do we get started?
We usually start with a 30-minute intro call to align on your goals. After that, you'll receive your onboarding link, access to your Notion Hub, and we start delivering within 24 hours. Ready to skip the call? Email me at fcndzpt@gmail.com to get your onboarding link today.
