FAQ
> What counts as a request?
A request is one clearly defined task — for example a key visual, a batch of social assets, a campaign layout, a landing visual, or a deck section.
Large projects (brand systems, multi-concept campaigns, full pitch decks) may be split into multiple requests or handled as an add-on.

> What’s a minor vs. major revision?
Minor revisions are small tweaks (copy adjustments, color/typography refinements, layout polishing).
Major revisions involve new concepts, full reworks, or a different creative direction, and are counted as new requests or discussed separately.
> How fast is delivery?
Most requests are delivered within 48–72 hours.
Larger or strategic work may take longer — always communicated upfront.
> How many requests can I submit?
You can submit as many requests as you wish.
They are completed sequentially to ensure quality and consistency.
> Can I submit multiple requests at the same time?
Yes — you can queue multiple tasks, but one request is active at a time (unless you subscribe to a plan or add-on with multiple active slots).
> Do unused hours roll over?
No — to keep scheduling predictable and fair, unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
> How do meetings work?
Each plan includes a set number of monthly calls.
Additional meetings are possible and are counted within your monthly hours.

> Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — you can switch plans with 30 days' notice.
> Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes — subscriptions can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' notice.
All work already delivered remains yours.
> How do we get started?
We start with a 30-minute intro call to understand your needs and goals.
After that, you receive access to your request board and we begin delivering.
